Da der Schutz der persönlichen Daten für die GIZ sehr wichtig ist, teilen wir hier mit, welche persönlichen Daten von der Plattform si-mena.de der GIZ gespeichert und wofür sie verwendet werden.

*Name, Vorname, email-Adresse, und optional Standort, Land, Arbeitgeber, Geburtsdatum und Foto, die im Rahmen der Tätigkeit der Nutzung von si-mena.de übermittelt werden oder übermittelt wurden, werden auf Servern von Hetzner gespeichert und für Erfassung von Daten im Bezug zur Sonderinitiative Stabilisierung Nordafrika, Nahost genutzt.
*Die Emailadresse wird ausschließlich zum Zweck der Registrierung verwendet. Name, Vorname, optionale Angaben über die eigene Person und Bilder sind für die anderen Nutzer in der „History“ der Autoren zu einem Beitrag sichtbar. Die Registrierung ermöglicht den Teilnehmern die Nutzung der Plattform.
*Die GIZ sichert die Daten durch geeignete technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen gegen unbeabsichtigte oder beabsichtigte Verfälschung, Zerstörung, Verlust oder Zugang durch Unbefugte. Der Zugang zu den persönlichen Daten ist auf diejenigen Mitarbeiter der GIZ innerhalb der Sonderinitiative Stabilisierung Nordafrika, Nahost (bis zu 3 Administratoren) und von energypedia consult GmbH (1 Mitarbeiter als Administrator) beschränkt, die diese Daten gemäß o.g. Zweck verarbeiten müssen und ordnungsgemäß und vertraulich damit umgehen.
*Die Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
*Die Daten werden ausschließlich zu den in Erklärung beschriebenen Zwecken genutzt; jede andere Verwendung wird stets von einer erneuten Einwilligung abhängig gemacht.
*Cookies sind kleine Textdateien, die lokal im Zwischenspeicher des Internet-Browsers des Seitenbesuchers gespeichert werden, die wir für die Dauer einer Sitzung verwenden und die dazu dienen, den Nutzer beim Login zu identifizieren, die korrekte Menüsprache auszuwählen und den reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten. Wird die Option „Eingeloggt bleiben“ gewählt, dann werden Nutzername und Passwort im Internet-Browser für maximal 30 Tage gespeichert. Benutzer, die einen öffentlichen Zugang nutzen, sollten Cookies nach Beendigung der Nutzung der Plattform löschen.
*Registrierte Teilnehmer/innen haben das Recht, nach Ihren persönlichen Daten zu fragen, diese gegebenenfalls berichtigen zu lassen beziehungsweise die Löschung der Daten zu verlangen. Die Daten werden dann gelöscht. Auch kann die erteilte Erlaubnis, die persönlichen Daten zu nutzen, jederzeit widerrufen werden.

 Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose.
